I not sure, what happen with yours but our player is okie and doesnt have problem, we tested with 3 different boardband n pc. perhaps is your java software or flash player problem? Maybe u can try install the latest java n flash player software n try agian. If problem still exist, please let us noe at forum, we will try to help u.
